Basil Puree: 
Basil the “Herb of Fragrance”. This is the indiscrete product you can mix with any number of food creationsVinaigrettes, Dips, Pasta Salad, Marinates …. BASIL PUREE WILL ENABLE THE FLAVORS OF YOUR DISH! Start slow, a tablespoon at a time.
 
Pesto (Just Add Cheese):
 “To Crush” this savory jar of goodness includes Sunflower Seeds and Pepita Seeds giving it body and deep, richflavor. The cheese of choice will be Parmigiano – Reggiano (optional). This is the one to add to, pasta, pizza, layered lasagna, stuffed chicken breast, add tomatoes and marinate fresh Mozzarella. This “Crush” will bring the Italian out in you.
 
 
Basil Mint Pesto (Chefs Choice)
An amazing cast of flavors including Black Cherry Balsamic, Lemon Grass Shrub and a shot of Vanilla. Basil is a member of the Mint family. Two of the most fragrant leaf herbs known to us.
Marcella Hazan says, “use sparingly think of this Pesto as a Halo not a Club”. Enhance your; Salmon, Whitefish, Crisp Green Salad, Grain Salads, Chicken Breast, etc. 
The word limitless enters my mind.
 
Chimichurri (done our way):
Fantastically Aromatic! This “Crush” has our Basil Puree along with toasted red peppers, oregano. roast garlic,fresh parsley, lemons & cilantro. Yes there’s more. Thin with water or liquor as you like. Your first move should be over a grilled steak. Then let your imagination roll! Roast Chicken, Grilled Vegetables, Pork Chops, Roast Potatoes.
